This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which customers may cancel their bookings and the charges that may apply.

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of a booking through the applicable booking/cancellation facility or by contacting Super Ready.

Cancellation requests will be processed according to the cancellation terms applicable to the particular booking.

2. Cancellation Before Service Time

If a customer cancels a booking before the scheduled service time, cancellation charges may apply depending on:

• How much time remains before the scheduled service
• Type of booking/service
• Fare or package selected
• Service provider/operator
• Specific cancellation terms displayed during booking

The applicable cancellation charges and refund amount may be communicated to the customer during the cancellation process.

3. Cancellation Close to Departure/Service Time

Bookings cancelled shortly before the scheduled departure, pickup, or service time may be subject to higher cancellation charges or may become non-refundable.

The exact conditions will depend on the applicable booking terms.

4. No-Show

If a customer does not appear for the booked service, fails to report at the designated pickup/boarding point, or does not use the booked service without cancelling it within the applicable cancellation period, the booking may be treated as a No-Show.

No-show bookings may be non-refundable, subject to the terms applicable to the particular service.

5. Cancellation by Super Ready or Service Provider

Super Ready or the relevant service provider may cancel a booking due to circumstances including:

• Operational issues
• Vehicle/service unavailability
• Safety concerns
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Road closures
• Weather conditions
• Technical issues
• Force majeure events
• Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

Where applicable, customers may be eligible for a refund according to the terms of the affected booking.

6. Cancellation Charges

The cancellation amount may include applicable cancellation fees, service charges, payment processing charges, or other charges that were disclosed during the booking process.

The amount refundable to the customer will be calculated after deducting applicable charges.

7. Booking-Specific Cancellation Terms

Different services may have different cancellation rules.

Where a specific cancellation policy is displayed on the booking page, confirmation page, ticket, invoice, or booking communication, that booking-specific policy will apply to the customer's booking.

8. Cancellation Request Verification

For security purposes, Super Ready may verify the customer's booking information before processing a cancellation request.

Customers may be required to provide:

• Booking ID / Booking reference
• Registered mobile number
• Registered email address
• Passenger/customer details
• Other information reasonably required for verification

9. Refund After Cancellation

Where a cancellation is eligible for a refund, the applicable refund will be processed according to Super Ready's Refund Policy and the terms applicable to the booking.

The refund will generally be processed through the original payment method, where possible.

10. Cancellation of Promotional or Special Bookings

Bookings made under promotional offers, special fares, discounted schemes, packages, or other special conditions may have separate cancellation rules and may be partially refundable or completely non-refundable.

Customers should review the applicable terms before completing the booking.

11. Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

Super Ready may not be responsible for cancellations, delays, interruptions, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government orders, strikes, civil disturbances, road closures, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

Refunds or alternative arrangements, where available, will be handled according to the applicable booking and service-provider terms.

12. Cancellation Confirmation

Customers should retain the cancellation confirmation/reference provided by Super Ready after a successful cancellation request.

A cancellation request will be considered successfully processed only after confirmation is generated or communicated by Super Ready.

13. Changes to this Cancellation Policy

Super Ready reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy from time to time.

Any updated policy will be published on superready.in with the revised effective date.
